A ticket is up to 1 hour of work time if something were to happen not directly caused by us. This can include a site crash fix, malware cleanup, or any other situations that may cause your site to crash or not function correctly.
If we detect or find malware on your website, we will work instantly to remove it from your site.
If a site crash is detected or we are notified, we will get to work on fixing the issue immediately without you needing to notify us.
A small job is something that typically takes 15 minutes or less such as a text change, color change, logo swap, address change, or anything similar.
Overages are billed at the standard rate.

Each month you’ll receive a detailed maintenance report that includes details about stored backups, updates that were completed, optimizations that were completed, analytics data, and security scans.
